Our chef strives to use only sustainably harvested seafood and antibiotic-hormone free meats and poultry as available. Our seafood arrives fresh from Foley Fish in New Bedford, Massachusetts.
The Copper Turret is proud to support local farmers! We purchase fresh local ingredients from: Alambria Springs Farm, Mosher Farms, Canaseraga Farms, Monarch Farm, Brick Farm, The Imaginary Farmer LLC and Purdy & Sons Foods.
